This historic building in the heart of Leith was originally built by Nestle in the early 1900s as a condensed milk factory.
The building sat empty for several years before it was bought for renovation. We worked alongside Four by Two and Applied Engineering Design, providing technical detail design and section 6 energy certification.
Part of the building was split off to be sold at a later date. The remainder was converted into a single residence with accommodation across 3 levels.
Since the owners wanted to include some outdoor space, part of the roof of the warehouse was removed to create a large, internal courtyard.
