Our clients approached us after purchasing a one-bedroom tenement flat in Leith which they were looking transform into a two-bedroom flat for the rental market.
Our design involved completely remodelling the flat, removing several walls in order to make best use of the available space.
The kitchen was combined with the living room to create an open plan area and a second bedroom was fitted in, creating two generous sized bedrooms.
