When our clients purchased this property it was in a state of disrepair and was in much need of renovation and modernization.

They had a vision for it however and we supported them to put this into a working design. We started from scratch, completely redesigning the layout of the property.

Downstairs, we extended the area and removed existing walls to give one large open plan kitchen and dining area, maximizing the use of space.

Large windows and roof lights were included in the extension to allow a view onto the beautiful church windows behind, as well as to flood the area with light. Meanwhile the roof was raised to allow a third floor into the attic area, for use as a guest bedroom.

On the middle floor the rooms were remodeled to allow room for a staircase into the attic level, leaving room for a modern bathroom with sauna, master bedroom and office.
