Working for our client, Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association, we converted a workshop in Armadale, West Lothian, to a Men’s Shed Community Centre, creating a valuable resource for the community.
The project was opened by MSP, Angela Constance, and was enabled through People and Communities Scottish Government funding. We were proud to be involved in this project from inception to completion.
As well as providing a thriving community hub for local residents, it allowed us to make a sustainable reuse of an existing building; giving us the opportunity to improve its energy efficiency, in accordance with our environmental ethos.
